The staff? Super friendly, always ready to help. Dinner was a feast, you gotta come hungry! We had a thermal bath suite that was to die for. They even left us a cute photo from dinner! Just a shame I couldn't keep the onsen to myself longer, wanted a bit more time in there.

Staying here with my kids was unforgettable! The spacious junior suite with tatami flooring felt so traditional, and the outdoor onsen was a hit. Exploring the charming neighborhood and enjoying the delicious shabu shabu meal truly made our visit special.
In my wife’s opinion, better pillows would elevate comfort.

Enjoyed the spacious traditional Japanese room with a stunning view of a Buddhist temple across the river which felt truly authentic. The private onsen-style bath was welcoming, especially outdoors in the cool air. However, temper your expectations for western comforts, as sleeping on a futon is part of the experience.
